At MZ Wallace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 21-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original condition. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included pouches or accessories are inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
